Return & Refund Policy

You can return most products within 14 days, but we have important exceptions for our custom-made items.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.

- Made-to-order / custom order products (no returns after production starts)
- Custom painted figures (personalized painted products)
- 3D printed products (after production completion)
- Digital products (STL files, guides – no returns after download)
- Personalized products
Production & Delivery
Handmade production times vary and are not considered delays
Surface variations, layer lines, or slight color differences in 3D printed handmade products are normal and not defects
We are not responsible for shipping damage once the item is handed over to the courier
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or missing parts:

- Contact us within 48 hours
- Send photos OR video proof
- Include your order number
We’ll provide free replacement or full refund in these cases.

- Receive return label
- Ship to us.
Important: Customer pays return shipping costs (except for defective items).
Refunds
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Once received, refunds processed within 5-10 business days
Processing time varies by payment provider (PayPal: 3 days, bank: up to 10 days)
Sale Items
Discounted items are not eligible for refunds, only exchanges for defective items.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Email info@marinov.studio if you need the same item replaced.
