These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchases from Marinov Studio. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Descriptions
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the handmade and 3D printed nature of our products:
- Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or dimensions may occur
- Layer lines, support marks, and surface imperfections are normal characteristics
- Hand-painted items will vary slightly from piece to piece
We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify specifications without prior notice.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to:
- Accept or decline your order at our discretion
- Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other issues
- Request additional information for custom orders
A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order and payment has been successfully processed.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via Klarna, PayPal, and Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the relevant payment provider to charge your payment method.
We reserve the right to:
- Adjust prices without notice
- Cancel orders if payment fails
- Charge additional fees for returned payments
5. Production Times
Production times vary by product:
- Ready stock: Typically ship within 2-5 business days
- Made-to-order: 7-21 business days depending on complexity
- Custom orders: As agreed at time of order
Delays due to material availability, technical issues, or high order volume may occur. Production times are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship via Evri and Royal Mail. Shipping times are estimates only and we are not responsible for:
- Courier delays or disruptions
- Customs delays or import charges for international orders
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customer
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Check your delivery upon receipt and report issues immediately.
7. Returns and Refunds

In summary:
- 14-day return window for most stock items
- Made-to-order, custom, and digital products non-returnable unless defective
- Customer pays return shipping (except defective items)
- Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging
8. Custom Orders
Custom orders are:
- Non-cancellable once production begins
- Non-refundable unless defective or materially different from agreed specifications
- Subject to additional terms agreed at time of order
You must provide accurate specifications, measurements, and reference materials. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and intellectual property on this website belong to Marinov Studio or our licensors. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
- Use images for commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer our products or processes
Custom order designs remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently
- Attempt to interfere with site functionality or security
- Post abusive, threatening, or illegal content
- Scrape or systematically extract data without permission
We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
- We are not responsible for:
- Loss of profits or business opportunity
- Delivery delays by carriers
- Customs or import charges
- Customer-provided measurement errors
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.
13. Consumer Rights
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty goods and services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
